Today I had my first initial acupuncture consult with Dr. Sarah and it went really well. I had initially wanted to try acupuncture after I went to one of Dr. Sarah’s calming workshops that she hosted and just fell in love with the vibe. I suffer with two autoimmune diseases and chronic pain in my upper back is a big problem for me as well as anxiety and digestive issues, so trying anything to get relief was my goal. I was extremely nervous because I didn’t know what to expect going in and before she started, she talked to me about my concerns and goals and from there went into treatment. She answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. The office itself is very relaxing and luxury vibes all the well. I highly recommend Dr. Sarah. I can’t wait to try other services that her office offers.

I’ve been coming to Templ for about 2-3 months now and I am so happy that I found Dr. Anzola! They’re absolutely amazing and I’ve seen a huge difference in my hormone levels. Been going with Dr. Anzola since my car accident. I feel like every time I visit I learn more about my body and acupuncture. I suffer from severe anxiety. Ever since I left the military it got worse and worse. But once I started receiving treatment here, I’ve seen amazing improvement. The herbal medicine along with the acupuncture treatments have been life changing for me in every positive way possible. I found Templ Wellness when desperately trying to find some pain relief for a recently herniated disc in my lumbar. Soooo much pain. The folks at Templ have been incredibly kind, supportive, scheduling me quickly, helpful in every possible way. And Dr. Sebastian is a miracle. Relief from pain after one session, even more after the second a couple days later. He really listens, he’s got a gentle touch, and he communicates what he’s doing so you feel safe and confident. Beautiful, peaceful, very clean facility. They even have a parking lot (a huge plus when trying to park in the Heights). The couple who own the company are lovely people. No surprise it’s an award winning spot in a short amount of time. Much gratitude to them for helping me when nothing else was working and no one else was listening. Sarah is a miracle worker. I’ve struggled with lower back pain and muscle spasms since having my daughter back in 2015. I can bank on 1-2 times a year my back completing blowing out (most recently just by picking up a lego on the ground of my classroom) and not being able to move for 2-4 days post injury. On one of these particular rough episodes, I wasn’t able to make it to the chiropractor until Monday and was in horrific pain that Sunday. I called sarah to see if she could provide any relief, and was willing to give in to my fear of needles to have her work on me. I was barely able to get out of my car and make it to her bed. Once there, she had my lay down on my back and played calming music. She addressed the areas of my body to release my anxiety’s first, before ever addressing my back- making me be able to have optimal healing relief. After the needles were placed, she left me in the quiet and calm for about ten minutes to let the needles do their work. It felt as if a swirling sensation was circling around my back and coming out through my back. It was magical... truly. After removal of the needles I was able to stand on my own and almost had full ability to stand straight!I have yet to have my back go completely out since this experience and did not need to use anything but her acupuncture to heal. If you are struggling from chronic back pain, or are just a tired mommy and teacher like me who is constantly bending over with lower back pain—GO SEE HER!I then went back weeks later for an amazing cupping experience. It was so therapeutic and I have not had ANY back problems since then with routine appointments.She will change your life, holistically ♥️

So let me start with a little of my background. I have had chronic generalized anxiety since a little girl and depression. I’ve struggled with lots of mental health. After hitting my teens and early twenties and visiting doctors who filled me with pills I was a straight addict. Pills, heroin, etc. anything to alleviate the pain right? Well that caused a downward spiral in my life. I was hopeless, addicted to heroin and other drugs and DESPERATE with my mental health. My Journey with Dr.Sarah started about 5 months ago after I got out of treatment for drug abuse this last time and let me tell you guys. Let me tell you what it has done for me.-reduces my drug cravings-at beginning reduced withdrawal symptoms-helps with my digestion-helps with my anxiety and depression-helps with everything-helps my sleep-SHE HOLDS ME ACCOUNTABLE (which is huuuuge!)She doesn’t just have me come in and stick me and say alright bye. We talk about my diet, my lifestyle, there are herbal supplements required etc.I believe that Dr.Sarah Anzola is truly one of the BIGGEST parts of my recovery today and for her I am FOREVER grateful.
